Beta Blocker is provided by Vivre Tech LLC. By using Beta Blocker, you agree to use the app responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. Filtering utility

Beta Blocker is a filtering utility. It uses real-time detection to help identify supported visual content and apply filtering in supported iOS contexts, but it does not guarantee that all sensitive content will be detected or blocked.

2. No professional advice or emergency use

Beta Blocker is not medical, legal, emergency, parental-control, or professional safety advice. It should not be used as a replacement for emergency services, parental supervision, medical advice, legal advice, professional safety tools, or device-level restrictions.

3. Lawful use

You are responsible for using Beta Blocker lawfully. You must not use the app to violate platform rules, laws, or the rights of others.

4. Free initial release

Beta Blocker will be free for its initial iOS release. Vivre Tech will not charge users to download or use the app in that release.

If the pricing model changes later, the app, App Store listing, Privacy Policy, and these Terms should be updated before those changes are released.

5. License and acceptable use

Vivre Tech grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Beta Blocker on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms, Apple platform rules, and applicable law.

You must not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell, misuse, or interfere with Beta Blocker except where applicable law expressly allows it. You must not use the app to harass, surveil, coerce, or violate the rights of another person.

6. Third-party content and limitations

Beta Blocker may filter content displayed in supported iOS contexts, but Vivre Tech does not control, host, or endorse third-party content. Filtering behavior may vary based on iOS behavior, app permissions, website or app restrictions, device performance, content type, and the released app version.

Real-time detection can produce false positives and false negatives. Beta Blocker is designed to reduce exposure to selected visual content, not to guarantee complete blocking.

7. Apple terms

These terms are between you and Vivre Tech LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Beta Blocker or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these terms where required by Apple platform rules.

8. App changes

Vivre Tech may update, modify, or discontinue Beta Blocker features over time. We may also update these terms before or after launch.
