Vivre Tech LLC ("Vivre Tech", "we", "us", or "our") provides Beta Blocker, a real-time screen filtering utility for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how Beta Blocker handles information when you use the app or contact us for support.

We design Beta Blocker to process screen content on-device for real-time filtering in supported iOS contexts. We do not sell personal data, we do not use advertising tracking, and we do not require an account for core app use.

1. Information processed by the app

Beta Blocker may process visual information displayed on your device in supported iOS contexts in order to detect supported content and apply filtering. This processing is intended to happen locally on your device. Screen content is not intended to be uploaded to Vivre Tech servers.

Depending on your settings and app version, Beta Blocker may store app preferences locally on your device, such as filtering settings, enabled features, and other configuration choices.

If included in the released app, local-only information may also include items such as selected filter categories, allowlists or excluded apps, filter strength, appearance settings, protection state, or lock settings. These items are intended to remain on your device unless the final app clearly states otherwise.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to provide to us, such as when you email support@vivretech.app. This may include your email address, message content, screenshots or files you choose to attach, and any other information you voluntarily include.

Beta Blocker will be free for its initial iOS release. Vivre Tech will not process payment card information for that release. If the pricing model changes later, this policy and the app's App Store information should be updated before release.

Apple may provide crash reports, diagnostics, or usage information if you have enabled sharing diagnostics with developers in your Apple settings. This information may include device type, iOS version, app version, crash logs, and technical diagnostics. It should not include your live screen content.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide and improve Beta Blocker;
• operate real-time filtering features;
• save app settings and preferences;
• respond to support requests;
• troubleshoot crashes or technical issues;
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising tracking.
We do not require an account for core app use.
We do not intentionally upload or store your screen content on Vivre Tech servers.

5. Sharing information

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our business, such as email hosting, app distribution, customer support, website hosting and security, and Apple diagnostics if you enable diagnostic sharing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Vivre Tech, our users, or others.

6. iOS permissions and device processing

Beta Blocker may require certain iOS permissions, system settings, or extension access in order to provide real-time filtering in supported contexts. The exact permission prompts and setup steps depend on the released app version. We aim to explain required access in the app and request only access that is relevant to the filtering features you choose to use.

Information processed only on your device for filtering is not intended to be collected by Vivre Tech. If any future feature sends derived data off-device, this policy and the App Store privacy information should be updated before that feature is released.

7. Website privacy

The Vivre Tech website is designed as a static public website for app information, privacy, support, and terms. We do not use advertising tracking on this website.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security or performance metadata in order to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Vivre Tech uses this information only to operate and secure the website, not for advertising tracking.

If analytics, advertising, or additional website services are added in the future, this policy should be updated to describe those services and any data they process.

8. Data retention

We retain support emails and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

App settings stored locally on your device remain on your device unless you delete the app, reset settings, or the app provides a way to clear them.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

Beta Blocker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@vivretech.app.

11. International users

Vivre Tech LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact support@vivretech.app.

You can control Apple diagnostics sharing through your iOS settings. You can also delete Beta Blocker from your device to remove locally stored app data, subject to standard iOS behavior.

13. App Store privacy information

App Store privacy disclosures should match the final released version of Beta Blocker. On-device screen processing in supported contexts that is not sent off-device is different from data collected by Vivre Tech. Support emails, optional attachments, Apple diagnostics, standalone analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, third-party SDKs, or cloud features should be disclosed if they are included in the released app.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
